What we do

We come out, sample, assess, and produce the documentation that keeps a project moving, or stops it before someone gets hurt. We also work alongside contractors and industrial hygienists when a project calls for a coordinated team, and we communicate directly with property owners so nothing gets lost in translation between the lab report and the real world.

Our certifications and what they mean

The credentials behind this work are not decorative. A Certified Asbestos Consultant designation means the individual has met California’s training and examination requirements to identify asbestos-containing materials, design abatement specifications, and oversee the work, not just collect samples. A Lead Inspector/Assessor certification is a federal EPA-recognized credential required for anyone conducting lead-based paint inspections or risk assessments in housing and child-occupied facilities. It exists because lead exposure in pre-1978 buildings is still a genuine public health issue, and the work has to be done by someone qualified to interpret what they find. The NIOSH 582 Microscopist certification covers the analysis of asbestos fibers by phase-contrast microscopy, the lab-side skill that turns a bulk sample into a defensible result.
