Who These Terms Apply To
By using this website or requesting services from Arch Environmental Group LLC, you agree to the terms described here. These terms apply to visitors browsing archenviroservice.com and to property owners, tenants, or authorized agents who request estimates or services. If you are coordinating on behalf of a property owner, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Service Area and Availability
Arch Environmental Group LLC operates within California. Requests from outside our service area may not be fulfilled, and submitting a contact form or requesting an estimate does not guarantee service availability at your location. We will let you know promptly if we are unable to serve your property.
Estimates and Work Authorization
Any estimate, quote, or scope of work provided, whether by phone, email, or in writing, is not a binding contract. Work does not begin until a signed work-authorization form is in place. That signed document, along with any attached scope-of-work addenda, governs the actual service relationship between you and Arch Environmental Group LLC. Verbal agreements, text messages, or email exchanges do not constitute authorization to proceed unless a formal work-authorization form has been executed.
Scopes of work in restoration and remediation can change as hidden damage is uncovered. If conditions at the property differ materially from what was visible during the initial assessment, we will document the change and obtain your authorization before expanding the scope.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your signed work-authorization form. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of agreement. For insurance-related work, we coordinate directly with your carrier when you authorize us to do so, but the property owner or authorized agent remains responsible for any balance not covered by the insurance settlement, including deductibles or amounts outside the approved claim.
Insurance Coordination
When you authorize Arch Environmental Group LLC to communicate with your insurance carrier, we will provide documentation, photographs, and scope information to support your claim. We do not guarantee claim outcomes, coverage decisions, or carrier timelines. Insurance coordination is a service we provide as a courtesy to our clients; it does not transfer financial liability from the property owner to us.
Liability
Arch Environmental Group LLC operates as a licensed contractor under California state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in your signed work-authorization form. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed structural issues unrelated to the contracted scope, or damage caused by delays in reporting a loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined under California law.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises from services provided under a signed work-authorization agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. If that does not resolve the matter, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Fresno County.
Changes to These Terms
Arch Environmental Group LLC may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at archenviroservice.com. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
