Who We Are and What This Page Covers
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Arch Environmental Group LLC website at archenviroservice.com and to any service relationship that begins through it. Arch Environmental Group LLC operates out of Kingsburg, CA and provides independent environmental testing and inspection services throughout the surrounding region. By using this site or requesting services, you agree to the terms described here.

Service Area
Arch Environmental Group LLC serves clients in California. Requests originating outside our service area may not be fulfilled, and submitting a contact form or requesting an estimate does not guarantee service availability at your location. We will let you know promptly if we cannot reach your property.
Estimates Are Not Binding Contracts
Any estimate, quote, or scope of work we provide, whether delivered in person, by email, or through this website, is an assessment based on visible and reported conditions at the time of inspection. An estimate is not a binding contract and does not obligate either party to proceed.
The actual service relationship is governed by a signed work-authorization form. Work does not begin until that document is executed by an authorized representative of the property owner or responsible party. If conditions discovered during work differ materially from what the estimate assumed, hidden moisture, concealed structural damage, or a larger contamination area than initially visible, scope and cost may be adjusted, and you will be notified before work continues.
Payment Terms and Accepted Methods
Payment terms are specified in your signed work-authorization agreement. Where insurance is involved, we coordinate directly with your carrier as authorized by you in writing; however, any balance not covered by your policy remains your responsibility. We do not guarantee a specific insurance outcome or payout amount, that determination rests with your carrier.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of service. Invoices not paid within the period stated in your agreement may be subject to collection procedures permitted under California law.
Scope of Work and Liability
Arch Environmental Group LLC operates as a licensed contractor under California state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work defined in your signed authorization. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by delays in reporting a loss, or outcomes resulting from work performed by other parties before or after our engagement.
We do not provide legal, medical, or insurance advice. Information on this website is general in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation specific to your situation.
Insurance Coordination
We are experienced in working alongside insurance carriers and adjusters. When you authorize us in writing to communicate with your insurer, we will document the loss, photograph affected materials, and provide the documentation your carrier requires. That authorization is revocable at any time in writing. We do not act as your insurance agent or public adjuster.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from services provided by Arch Environmental Group LLC will first be addressed through direct communication between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes are subject to the laws of the State of California, with venue in Fresno County. Nothing in these terms waives any rights you may have under applicable California consumer protection statutes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available at archenviroservice.com. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
