Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Arch Environmental Group LLC is committed to making archenviroservice.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or display magnification. We believe that access to information about environmental and restoration services should not depend on a visitor’s physical or cognitive abilities.

This site is designed and maintained with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized benchmark for accessible web content. Those guidelines address things like sufficient color contrast, descriptive link text, keyboard-navigable menus, and properly labeled form fields.

What We’ve Done to Support Access

Our site is built to work with common screen readers and other assistive technologies. We aim to ensure that:

  • Page structure uses semantic HTML so that headings, lists, and landmarks are announced correctly by screen readers.
  • Images that carry meaning include descriptive alternative text.
  • Forms, including our contact and estimate-request forms, have clearly associated labels.
  • Navigation can be completed using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
  • Text and background colors meet the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratio requirements.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time checkbox. As we update content and add new pages, we continue to apply these standards.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on this site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every respect. Third-party tools or embedded content, such as mapping widgets or document viewers, may have accessibility constraints outside our direct control. We note these gaps honestly rather than overstating our current compliance.

How to Report an Issue

If you encounter a barrier on this site, a page that won’t load with your screen reader, a form you cannot complete, a video without captions, or anything else that prevents you from getting the information you need, please let us know. We take these reports seriously and will work to address confirmed issues within a reasonable timeframe.

When you contact us, it helps to describe the specific page or feature you were trying to use and the assistive technology or browser you were using at the time. That detail lets us reproduce the problem and fix it more quickly.
